Q: Why does my browser say your site is not secure?
A: The product pages are not secure for a reason. We have thousands of products and thus thousands of pages that are constantly changing There is no identifying information on them. The two checkout pages ARE secure and the only information collected on them is your name, address and phone number. Your credit card information is collected after you transfer to PayPal's website.
Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when from Southwest Trading Post?
A: Yes, we have a completely secure checkout system through PayPal that automatically processes your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we offer International First Class Mail. Items may repackaged to facilitate fitting everything in.
Q: Do you collct VAT on UK purchases?
A: No, We had only one UK Order in 2021 and are not williing to apply for a VAT account and file monthly reports for that volume. Our shipping software will not print postage without it though so it may take a day longer to mail your package.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: No, not unless you're purchasing within New Mexico. The system will assume you're in NM if you leave the state field blank for domestic orders though.
Q: Once purchased, when will I receive my products?
A: You should receive your order 2-7 days from date of order in the US. International orders take 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on Customs

A: All products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Products are not warranted against misuse or abuse.
